Great Path Academy at CT State Manchester

Returning students at GPA who have previously played sports for their sending school have two options:

Once a decision is made, they must continue to play for that school's athletic program moving forward.  

All student-athletes will use Final Forms as the registration platform.  A parent account must first be created at

.  Once you complete all of the requested information, you will be prompted to add a student to your account.  You MUST use a different email address for the student account in order for it to work properly.  A copy of your child’s most current physical exam can either be digitally attached in Final Forms or given to the school nurse for participation clearance.  Without all parent and student signatures, as well as an up-to-date physical exam, students will

be allowed to participate in any practices and/or games. 

Fall sports officially begin soon.  Football practices begin August 14th, with all other fall sports starting official practices on August 18th.

High School athletic practices are held daily, with some teams practicing on Saturdays as well.  Transportation will be provided daily from Great Path Academy, immediately after dismissal to bring you the appropriate site in Hartford for practices/games.  NO transportation will be provided back to GPA following practices.  Student-athletes will need to be picked up in Hartford each day.  The Athletic Director at Bulkeley High School and her team plans to come to GPA early in the fall to introduce the sports program.
